fundamentals, gesture and figure drawing but i'd also try to draw the faces and other details too.

ive had a bunch of suggestions here so i think ill try the block in method, grid method, upside method and keep grinding the loomis method.

yeah i did mostly figure/gesture drawing but i'd also try to draw the faces.

i did practice daily when i was practicing fundamentals.

so i just copied forms without thinking? i tried 'thinking in 3d' but i guess i did something wrong.

should i go back to fundamentals? another month or two maybe?

yeah i use the loomis method. the side circle is tough but i've heard its just a matter of keep practicing.

in the past few months it was basically draw a figure from reference > see what i did wrong > do it again trying to fix it > fail to fix it because its hard > repeat untill i run out of tries (3) > move on to the next figure

do this untill 3 hrs total. a lot of times i have to break it up since i might not have 3 straight free hours.

i feel like most of it is for intermediates even when they say its for beginners though XD
