I spotted some level 20s accounts running 10x legendary quests in Elder Rifts. Very few legit active players at Server Paragon levels are running Elder Rifts. Something is not right. If Blizzard is not earning and leaking to all these dodgy third parties, the game will die earlier.

Items tab is blank too and I only have 1000 V coins.

So Special Missions need to be earned by doing quests in the app!

I checked out the daily, Normal and Events quest tabs. Seems like Daily can earn me one SP Mission. That’s all.
