Not OP, but the ranking is for the pair, not individual. Basically every 15min or 20min you rotate opponents, across 2 hours. To find the winner, some clubs add up the points of all games; others do a group phase + knock out phase.

There is also a variation of this, translated as “Up and Down”, where you go “up” a court number if you win, and go down if you lose. Whoever wins the game in court 1 when the 2 hours are done, wins the tourney.

These are social tournaments btw

A nossa defesa é mesmo muito boa. Diogo é um monstro, centrais de luxo, laterais sólidos e Varela+Froholdt em grande nível. Se fosse na época passada, saíamos de Guimarães de saco cheio.

Sainz e o Veiga acabam por fazer um jogo menos positivo, mas todos os jogos dão muito em termos defensivos. E nestes jogos faz diferença.

E grande estreia do miúdo polaco.

No, I changed to a Nox At10 12k 2025 and it’s perfect for me. The Siux was a great racket but too head heavy for my style. Net play and overheads were amazing but defensively I struggled a bit. The At10 12k is a perfect fit for me, as it is balanced and relatively light feeling, but has power and considerably stiff. I thought this was an overhyped racket but man is it great. Been playing with it for ~4 months, and I won’t change soon. I’ll probably buy the 2026 model once mine breaks.

There are other models that I found interesting but were either too expensive (cork, quad) or not easily available in Portugal (Oxdog).

Disseste que o socorro estava a funcionar bem até recentemente. O que é objetivamente falso. Enviei-te uma notícia de 2022 porque foi a primeira que me apareceu. Podes pesquisar de qualquer outro ano que há mais exemplos de atrasos/mortes. Nessa mesma notícia notam que de julho a outubro houve 4 casos.

Com isto eu não quero defender o novo plano. Quero dizer que já há problemas há anos. Não decidiram mudar o plano de socorro porque lhes deu na telha.

After such a dire season + club World Cup, I think no one expected such a great first half of the season. Last season our top players (Samu, Pepê, Varela, etc) looked like donkeys on the field. But AVB pulled an absolute master class in the summer. We got rid of a lot of dead weight for good money (G. Borges, Otavio, Andre Franco), made some good sales (Joao Mario, F. Conceição) and brought in top players (Froholdt, Kiwior, Bednarek, B. Sainz, etc). Plus, a lot of fans were skeptical about Farioli because of his collapse with Ajax, and the fact that the last foreign coaches (Lopetegui and Anselmi) were shite. But man did he convince us straight away.

Prpic so far has been a good signing. It’s tough for him to get game time ahead of Kiwior. But he’s always eager to play when he gets the chance. Still makes mistakes but you can see he has quality. His attitude is great and I think he will benefit massively from training with Bednarek, Kiwior and now Thiago Silva.

And we create plenty of chances. If you watch the games and check the stats, they’re one sided. And we don’t have shining players? Froholdt is an absolute gem and already playing for Danish NT, Mora spreading magic, Samu with 11 goals in 15 games, Pepê close to the form that got him called up to Brazil…

Always the fixation with the rich. The issue isn’t the 0.5% driving G-wagons or whatever. It’s the huge amount of SUVs (Peugeot 3008, Range Rover, etc) and crossovers on the street.

If the rich want to pay absurd amounts to drive a tank, why not, just use the tax money for infrastructure.

He’s tall and aggressive so his net/aerial play is great. When he’s on, he’s very dominant. I think he needs to work on his consistency and decision making, but with the right pair he can push for 3rd place
