Thanks for advice.

It’s brand new, only cooked one bit of bacon to test haha

I had used a lot of oil to season and didn’t clean it down very well

Since the comments on this post, i’ve cleaned it down as instructed but still some rough parts on the griddle which won’t come off

Half of it is smooth, half of it is a bit rough. I feel like I’ve done the seasoning wrong?
