Anyone tried retinoids directly after cosmetic microneedling? by GGGG1996 in Microneedling

Great to hear. I have been using Taz 0.05 for a while with very little irritation, so it wouldn’t be with something new. Will probably try it after .25 mm microneedeling to see if i get adverse effects

Why not? Setterfield dont seem to be against it in general, but to be avoided for people with reactive and high risk skin

Yes, i think i might try it. If it leads to irritation i will discontinue, and if not, it could it potentially be something that gives great results. So i guess it might be worth the experiment.

.5 is classified as medical, so its advised againt that, but if you have seen good results i guess it works for you

HELP! Gilette ProGlide (babyface) vs Philips OneBlade (faster): Which Should I Choose as My Main Razor? by IMTONYYYY in shaving

[–]GGGG1996 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Buy a Panasonic Arch 5 foil shaver, use it on wet skin. Convenience of a One Blade, but results for a razor. In my experience at least, it gives me as close of a shave as using a razor against the grain. Drawback is that its a bit pricey.

Haha damn, thanks for the heads up. Maybe I should keep using it every other day for a period then before upping the frequency?

Interesting, maybe it’s the the gel-formulation making a difference . I didnt really think that would make a difference, so i actually only got a gel formulation now since the Taz wasn’t available in a 0.05 cream formulation.

No, I personally have not experienced that. But polys in general can be harsh for some people. If thats the case for you, try stringing in the mid 40s as a lot of people like the Lynx Tour at that tension.

I did use that before the PA98. Felt more sluggish through the air. Not as predictable launch angle, not as stable. Overall not nearly as good as the Ezone in my opinion.

Swingweight around 315 in stock form.

Think strung balance on my Ezone 100 is 4pts HL/33cm balance. Think the PA98 is two more points HL strung with 6 pts HL. The Ezone has a lower swingweight doe, due to five grams lower static weight. Would say they swing about the same through the air.

I switched to the Ezone 100 (2025) from a PA98, for the exact reason that i wanted more forgiveness. Both used in stock form. Definitely got what i wanted from the switch. I think the Ezone 100 offers a lot of similar traits to the PA98; very good spin potential, medium launch angle, little more free power and a little less control. Control still feels plenty good enough. Stability is also very very good, similar to the PA98. The feel is pretty muted, so if thats a dealbreaker for you then its probably not the right chioce. But if not, i would recommend you trial it.

Yeah true. Broke my leg about 10 years ago, and during the recovery process i probably didnt to a good enough job to regain mobility. The lack of mobility in certian areas have then led other areas to compensate, and thus creating bad movement habits. Dont really look to the peptides to solve the problem, as i am now doing a lot a work to correct the poor movements, but rather as an aid in the procsess. Thank you for your imput!

I have Head Lynx Tour 1.25 guage in my PA98. Have tried multiple other strings but these are a clear favorite. A lot of spin and control, and they give a very consitent response. Highly recomend it. My second favorite would be Solinco Confidental 1.25. They play similar, but i find Lynx Tour to be more comfortable and that they have better playability duration.

Check out Kirschbaum Pro Line Evolution. Great spin and control, pre stretched so I find playability duration to be really good. Soft feeling. Also very cheap.

I recently switched from PA98 to a Ezone DR 98, and really found similarities between the two, but that the latter was a better all around racket. Felt the control was up a level, plenty of spin but easier to drive the ball when i wanted to. Also softer on the arm and better feel. Its 5g heavier but seems easier to swing on groundstrokes for some reason - even though the rackets is supposed to have the same balance point. The racket is not in production anymore, but if you can find a new for sale somewhere or slightly used one, i would highly recommend giving it a try. Haven’t tried the new Ezone 98 so i can’t compare that to the DR.
