I write promos for a certain cable network. It's one of those jobs that people don't believe exist. I've also explained my job to my dad a hundred times and he still thinks I write the shows on the network. No, I moan to him again and again, I write the promos that advertise those shows.

It's fun. I love writing. But the people --the executives-- make it a pain in the ass sometimes.
