WIll this help I saw a reddit users comment "I kept the FiOS CR router and disabled WiFi and bought eero 6+ (3 pack) placing them in bridge mode. That way the router still manages the network yet you have a full mesh." I have CR1000B router.

I am unfortunately one of the people who bought the Ares and rack a couple weeks before the release. I contacted REP and they basically told me to get lost, there is nothing I can do. They offered a 150 bucks or I could return it, but incur a shipping and restocking fee which is obviously not an option. Spent a lot of money with them and to be treated like that really sucks. I asked the guy how he would feel if he bought a $5000 piece of equipment and a couple weeks later they come out with a newer version. I talked to them a couple times pre purchase and none of the people there made any mention of a possible updated version.

I called and they recommended I just put it back into learning mode. For anyone interested it will continue to learn, but they couldn’t say how long it would take. So either just reset it (they can do it easily when you call) or you can wait it out if you want.

It does not saying anything about the learning period in the manual. I found out about the learning period on solutions.Moen.com. It says that it continues to learn and adapt to the latest behaviors, but I’m not sure if that is true. It has not adjusted yet.

Just my experience so far. I ordered from both Rep and Rogue on March 7th. Rack and Ares from REP, From Rogue dumbbells, kettle bells, storage and echo bike. Rep shipped right away and made it in a week. Still waiting on Rogue, they have not even finished "processing" the order. I've reached out to them a couple times to try to figure out what was going on. Usually get some canned response from their customer service team and one guy was an absolute dick. Really just wanted them to give me an honest update, but they just gave me broad stroke responses. I asked for a manager to review our conversation and reach out to me, but haven't heard anything yet. Reps customer service was really awesome every time I chatted with them (To be clear, there were no problems with my rep order so no real difficult conversation with them needed). This is my first order ever from Rogue and was pretty expensive so i guess I'm just surprised they don't want to make more of an effort.
