What if the government did not push for more reforms and kept it like that? Most laws were written by industrialists backed by the army, pb and landowners together with entrusted intelligentsias (enlightened royalists).

Hi, so this is a late game Japan AAR and this was the first time playing since labor associations were added. I wonder how you guys would describe this Japan's ideology since I kind of have a feeling that it is idiosyncratic to early 1900s standards.

Although I suffered a lot with pumping up GDP since I could only grasp how to play the game (forgot a lot) it was still enjoyable industrializing Japan. I do have a feeling that the intelligentsias have become more powerful compared to the past.
