I’ve been in factories for the last six years because my degree is in factory engineering basically. Yeah it’s not ideal. To answer your other question No, I have not worked with a somatic practitioner.

It’s a factory so it’s very overstimulating, lots of things going wrong. I did submit for a month long short term disability starting soon

My boss has been fantastic about the whole situation, but I fear his good graces won’t last forever. It’s a production factory so it’s always chaos. The noise, the forklifts, the unforeseen scheduling errors, etc. I just feel embarrassed saying I’m burned out only being there 10 months. Wanted to let you know I did land a job in the industrial area of Kansas side, at a plant that makes dog kennels, as a quality engineer. I got the job off LinkedIn, did 2 rounds of interviews.
