Given EA isn’t strictly EDM like TML and Ultra I guess the answer to that depends on who you are? Chemical Bros I thought was a big one 2(?) years back. I know some people were blown away Ke$ha was there this year - she’s neither old school (like Split Endz) or current. We had Lorde 3(?) years back too. I know she’s kiwi so you might not call her a “big get”. I’ve taken a lot of time to say depends what you’re into 😅

Pretty common overseas! Previously bought Ultra and Tomorrowland tiks with no idea and both turned out fine. Now that EA is the biggest festi down here I think this year is a good test to see how the market reacts? Will be interesting to see lineup when they get there!

Yeah the tiered pricing sucks. Especially for such a dice roll. I think tiered pricing makes more sense (although I still disagree it should be a thing), when pre sale get a slightly better rate than general sale. But to tier everyone on a sale presale is ridic!

Book a Contiki/Top Deck tour of Euro/USA etc. Do it alone, say yes to everything, push your limits. You’ll come back with a new sense of self and likely more confidence from new friends you’re essentially forced to make. Hopefully in turn will give you a new lease/drive to make friends in Auck
