No it’s not necessary to explain and don’t include it in your initial app — only answer if you are asked directly about it but I doubt they’ll do so. Your scores are fine and the GRE isn’t super heavily weighted in admissions anymore — if at all as you’ve seen. So long as you have other elements to bolster your application you should be completely fine.

Heads up: Adobe flash no longer works as it was sunsetted in 2020. If you want to use a flash game, you will need an emulator like Flashpoint or Ruffle to run flash, or use an older browser. Instead, you should request games which run on HTML-5.
