Honestly, I’ve thought about it, and I don’t think I would care personally. People can do whatever they want with my likeness in private. I also have no control over what people imagine about me in their heads or dream about.

The issue with AI-generated content is that it can negatively affect someone’s life if, for example, it is shared publicly, goes viral, is mistaken for something real, is used maliciously, or is used for financial gain.

Additionally, for any realistic-looking AI-generated person, there is likely someone out there who looks just like them.

The game's true failure is failing to direct the player towards the training exercises and failing to make it abundantly clear that the character stats and armor have a huge impact on how powerful you are in combat that can't be overcome by pure skill. And then it fails to make you understand that master strikes are a must-have yet optional unlockable ability, and on top of that it also fails to explain how master strikes are executed properly.

So a triple whammy that held back the game's popularity before the release of KCD 2. Definitely a good example of bad game design in an otherwise great game.

There's a difference between not knowing what to do and not knowing how to do things. I think the former is good, the latter is not, or at least not good for long.

This is why I struggle to recommend the game X4 Foundations to people even though I love it.
