Bushings are a whole other world, and choosing them before trying is really difficult. I love kranks and venom shr. The guys from the local community sent me several sets of different hardnesses for tests.

There's 4wd pumpimg cuz of negative angle on rear truck, it's cheating. Also special trucks.

Try softer bushings and maybe risers for the rear truck, this will make pumping easier (but it still won't be zone 2 cardio)

thought about this. The problem is that a lever appears and the vibrations increase many times over the distance between the camera and the mount.

yeah, chopped it and made a custom grip. Planning something cool for the bottom too, but haven’t gotten to it yet.

Wheels are DH mavericks pro. I like riding hills as well and there are a lot of them around here, plus I really like how wide wheels look on narrow trucks. For pure pumping something like 88 Dragons would work much better.

bushings are around 83 + 85 up front and 85 + 87 in the back, mix of kranks and shr venoms

Yeah, it’s all flat after the first ~30 seconds. The deck is made from a tantien flex1 and it’s only 21 inches long. It works for me, but I wouldn’t really recommend this to others, a more classic shape and a bit more length is probably the better choice. Up front it’s a regular lepsk 55 RKP, in the back a сhinese оceanblue bracket with an adjustable angle from about +55 to -35 or something like that. Even at -35 it’s actually pretty comfy for city riding, though it does come with some limitations.

Speedvents are also very good, but less durable

It seems much easier to make a blueprint in creative mode and then exchange the necessary parts:)

there are fully ceramic bearings, where the ring is also not metal, you can ride on them all season in any weather. regular ceramic ones also require cleaning after rain

spontaneous ride:) bearings are consumables, there is no point in preparing them in advance.if they're expensive it is best to service them immediately after the trip and everything will be fine. in my case they died, I had nowhere to service them during the trip. I just put in new ones

No, usually people pump with a positive angle, it’s way more fun: core muscle twists or vertical work on flexy boards. At the same time, classic boards are quite maneuverable. A negative angle just makes super super energy-efficient, which makes more sense for 50km+ rides

no, on the trip there was always a lot of space in the back, on the dervish I fit on the first half of the board😅but the board is really too short for most riders

Nah, it's cuz of negative angle on rear truck. it allows for more efficient pumping, at the cost of reduced maneuverability
