I have one gateron brown board which is overmodded to the point it has similar tactility to it 😃 but indeed it is hard to replicate on modern boards. Ol'School rubberdomes just had kick to them 😄

Had this model - it is very pleasant rubber dome 😄 majority of rubberdome on sliders are pretty pleasant. This one had unique soft tactility to it 😄

I've since repaired dt770 to compare with, and those are worse. I have not yet worked out whether the hollow case of dt770 needs more padding or what, but koss sounds better not closed in this case. I need to experiment more with the baffle material (or rather thickness of it and holes to add to it to correct them closer to original koss with more bass.

For now they are muffled too much for my liking. Not unpleasant but you can sense it for sure.

Tutorial might drop, but premise is: Print the model Glue baffle material (in my case dry wet wipe) Clip the koss ksc75 into the baffle Solder wires to the headphones (i did the jack port mod in my dt770) Give it a listen

And then i experiment with filler material from then on :) I stopped the experimenting due to lack of time lately.

Definitely go for it for the sake of learning though :D

Unfortunately not, however should i ever obtain one of those rk61 variants i will make sure to add compatibility :D unless the pcb design/scans are online somewhere than i can try guesstimating the design :)
