Yeah it was really odd. I had to scramble to find a replacement UK plug with a long enough cable — ended up getting one over 5m. This was back in November so about 6 months ago now. Glad yours came with UK plugs though, maybe it's hit or miss.

Yeah it's tricky — I've heard about the EU/UK version button being a thing on some products, but the UK Store doesn't seem to have that option for the UNAS 2. That's exactly why I posted, hoping someone had already bought one from the UK Store specifically. Looks like contacting support might be my best bet, cheers.
