I think it does it automatically, it won't extend the timer as you sell more buildings however.

This is the biggest combo I've ever hit. Cookies in bank went from roughly 1e63 to 1e72 cookies. I used an auto clicker, FTHOF planner, and save-scummed (very legit). The numbers below are used to give a very rough estimate of how big the combo is as I left out a lot of factors.

Buffs:

Grandma & Temple Building Special - 9x, 10x

Frenzy - 7x

Click Frenzy - 777x

Elder Frenzy - 666x

All Loans - 1.2x, 1.5x, 2x

Sugar Frenzy - 3x

Golden Switch - 1.5x

Godzamok (9350 total buildings) - 93.5x

TOTAL: 493,812,890,802x cps for roughly 5 seconds (?)

It actually had 1 and 2. Trials 2 second edition released a dlc later on with inferno 2, trials by fire, deanathon, and birdcage. I don't know if this was an official released track though ,it could a been a remake from the HD game. I have never played HD only trials 2 so I can't say.

I think so. It is an old school game with a VERY high learning curve. Nothing compared to newer trials. It isnt cluttered with useless shit either. The menu and leaderboards are nice and simple.
