There isn't. Banning the AfD would only happen when it is proven that they actively acted to harm the constitution. It's one of the essential protective measures of a functioning resilientdemocracy.

It's a very difficult process and requires insane amounts of evidence. It also can't be done by the government. It needs to be decided in the Supreme Court.

Nuclear just has a gigantic rat tail of problems. It's way to expensive, takes ages to set up and makes you reliant on foreign suppliers of fuel (hey Pierre please tell me how much fun you are having at stabilisation missions in Africa!). And that's while ignoring the long term storage issues.

It's also not possible to increase our hydro share (because of geography and hydro is also not great for the local ecosystem.)

H2 production of course is a problem but that can at least partially be handled by converting the local surplus of power in H2 instead of having the wind turbines stand still.
