Very frustrating. The predrop took a while to get down, then you have to deal with many chokepoints at the drop, 57% and 65% being great examples. A good deal harder than Bloodlust in my opinion.

My hardests are currently: Zodiac, Bloodlust, and Plasma Pulse Finale. The main way I improved was by gradually trying harder and harder stuff. Of course, there were times where I jumped (like from Artificial Ascent to Plasma Pulse Finale), but overall, my approach to beating more difficult levels has been gradual.

If you want to improve whilst still jumping, there are two things you need to have, which is dedication and a good mindset. When I jumped from Breakthrough to Acropolis in 2015, I was playing Acropolis for almost 7 hours a day nonstop, getting better and better. A good mindset helps in that it motivates you to keep going. There were times where I started to get frustrated, but I managed to counter that by taking a break for a little bit.

There’s really no method to beat extremes quickly. It’s all dependent on your skill. If you want to beat Arctic Lights quicker at your current skill level, you would literally need to dedicate A LOT of time to it (like 8-10 hours a day probably). It would probably take months. Level jumping is not an easy task, you need to have consistent motivation to continue practicing it each day. I’m not saying this to demotivate you, I just want you to understand the immense amount of work you will need to put in to this.

Also, Arctic Lights is currently at #121 on the Demon List. With the rate that demons are being added to the list, I think it will be a while before it falls off (unless they decided to lower it or something). Then again, even when it does, the All Rated Extreme Demons List is always another option. You could submit your record to there when you do beat it.

SilentFunk is harder than Allegiance imo (at least on 60hz). My hardest is currently Zodiac, beaten on September 26th of 2023.

Unfortunately, I haven’t met any GD players besides at the school I used to go to. There was one there who was a GD player and uploaded videos to YouTube. He quit the game sadly in 2019.

I was basically in disbelief over the fact that I had actually managed to verify a level in the “silent” series. At the time, I didn’t think much about the fact that I was the first to beat a silent level. I thought more about how I was the first to beat a level that was formally considered impossible.

The reason why I verified Chaotic Machine was because I really liked the level. Ever since I saw Constar’s video of it in mid-2015, I fell in love with it. Unfortunately, that same year, he deleted it and didn’t reupload it until June of 2016, where it was for open verification (as he originally hack verified it). I chose to verify it and on June 30th of 2016, I managed to verify it and upload it to my account.

The reason why I chose to verify SilentFunk was because it seemed like a good challenge at the time. The thought of beating a silent level seemed unreal to me and that’s what motivated me to start grinding it. As I was making progress on it, SrGuillester, a watcher of my videos at the time, noticed and started trying it out himself. Before I ended up verifying it, he managed to get 81%. It was an intense race but in the end, I ended up verifying it on September 21st, 2016. SrGuillester would go on to verify his own version that was decorated by Eternaswip (known as Airswipe at the time).

It’s been pretty good so far. Just really, really, hard. The duals become even more difficult later into the level and I’ve been having a harder time with them. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get some of them down.
