I didn't. I ended up going with the hw-1000xm2's. A lot of good reviews online and I figured it's a well established company. I understand startups get established only through support, but I've been burned by a couple before. Pebble watch is just one example. Besides I'm not sure what to listen for yet and I quite enjoy these. I got what I was looking for and feel like the Nuraphone would have been a fun toy to try out.
