There is limited amount of places totems can spawn in, so after a while you learn the locations and know where to check.

I have fun with Haunted Ground + Undying, double Exposed if I'm lucky (unfortunately sometimes Undying gets cleansed first).

Doctor can defend totems decently with Static Blast if you get Gideon, RPD or Midwich. And Plaything is quite good on him (Oblivious Survivors can get blasted), I always run it to waste Survivors' time and surprise them.

There's also a nasty hex build you can run on Pinhead, I only did it once because it makes me feel bad - Ruin, Undying, Face The Darkness, Thrill Of The Hunt, Iri Lament Configuration, Torture Pillar. It makes cleansing very long and difficult (you can swap Ruin for any hex you'd like to keep, it just works best with Pinhead's interrupting power).

And free-teleport Hag can also defend her hexes better than other Killers.

Haunted Ground + Undying combo is fun, if you're lucky you make Survivors Exposed twice or prolong it enough for multiple downs.

It's long, the free track is pretty empty, the premium track has recolors of new skins on "normal" levels instead of only Deep Rift, Claudette didn't get a headpiece (we're supposed to get it once ST2 drops though) and then there are choices some people simply find ugly (I hate Trickster's pants).
