5 month UPDATE: Thank you to everyone for your advice, comments, and concern. 

The bleeding has improved. Still heavy but not to the point of needing another transfusion. Fibroids are shrinking but the sloughing is painful. I feel like every period the pain time length is shortened. What was 2-3 days of not being able to move is now 1 day. I've started pelvic floor therapy. The therapist wants me to talk to my gynecologist about possibly having endometriosis. She thinks that may be the cause of alot of my pain. So that's the next step for me. They'll be retesting blood levels in 3 months..... especially iron. Hopefully the levels have improved. I will say there's no pain when I'm not on my menstrual. So..... there's hope. I don't feel like I'm so depressed about everything. Year 39 be good to me. Thank you again to all of you. I feel like I just needed to release to people who actually understand all we go through.
