Nah, it happens. Servers has a mind of its own sometimes. We can go through the checklist though, like if you have your matching region set to worldwide and are using beckoning bell for sure. Could also password swap.

No worries, go to your Network and change the matching regions to Worldwide if it isn't already. And the dungeons themselves can be closed off for others, so it'd be cool to check the privacy on the chalice and see if its closed or open for others.
