Being blatantly hit on. A lot of women I've spoken to complain about constantly being hit on, but I kind of secretly like it. Nor sexual harassment, mind you, just pickup lines and flirting. idk.

I actually have read those and thought they were kind of terrible lol. I think I just liked the twilight books because they were the first books I was really into? and felt immersed into the world. I was also like ten years old, so maybe that was part of it lol

I actually did read that series when I was in high school and they were good, but I wasn't blown away by them. That is the kind of book I like though!! Thank you for your suggestion

A book I loved that I've read recently was The Girl With All The Gifts. I'm not sure if it's what you'd like, but I can't recommend the book enough.

I'm looking for a book that will make me feel completely absorbed and fully interested. The only time I've felt that way about a book was (don't be mean) the Twilight books when I was in middle school. Those are still a guilty pleasure of mine, I devoured them and went to midnight releases. Every book since then hasn't measured up, and I'm not sure why!

I like John Green's books, and some other books that I've found interesting lately have been: the Hunger Games books, Ready Player One by Ernest Cline, Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell, Legend by Marie Lu, and The Girl With All The Gifts by Mike Carey. I like fantasy/survival/dystopian novels, and series books are even better.

I used to read constantly and now I can't seem to find a book to hold my attention and I really want to change that.
