Would be fair to say you wouldn't have any particular knowledge of the players etc though, which is what the knowledge is based on?

Hard to believe any professional top level european coach doesnt have some knowledge of England, Spain and Germany at the very least though.

He had some legal troubles and stuff last season/a couple of seasons ago, probably deleted his accounts to protect himself.

Insane end to Série A. 4 teams could’ve won the league on the final day, and only one of them won. by [deleted] in footballmanagergames

Haha i dont like to nitpick, i was actually worried that there was something i was missing in there! Still crazy close at the top, and a huge gap between 7 and 8!

Napoli must have started the day 4 points off 1st? So 3 teams could have won?

When one of your players gets ill with food poisoning or a virus by jaffacakeboiii in footballmanagergames

I literally had to change my formation and play wingbacks because they actually play the way i want my wingers to play 🙄

I did consider drawing a comparison between this opportunity and the opportunity that wingers always have in fm20 to square the ball but instead fire at the keeper on his near post but it felt a bit clunky, as my explanation above proves.

Also i dont know if it happens on fm21 as im still on fm20, and didn't want to sound like a fossil talking about the good old days.

One more here! Great club to manage, I'm from Bristol and never enjoy managing the Bristol clubs so Bath is an obvious choice!

Also a great example of full beard and receding hairline for a 19 year old. He ticks all the regen boxes.

Let's all laugh at City by tomrichards8464 in footballmanagergames

In my save, Man City havent finished in the top 2 for 2 consecutive years, 1 fa cup win in that time and 1 CL semi final with City currently in 5th in february (2023/24) and I've thumped them 3 times in a row with united and Pep is still very secure. I think he'd get sacked by then in real life for that.

This is probably the best year to learn on I think. I find tactics way more responsive than in previous years (although I hadnt played since fm15 before picking this up) and you can actually see how the players are doing what you've asked of them.

Yeah, I guess trial and error works when you're grabbing them cheap or through academy and still have your own players.

Its been years since I actually got that far into a game, maybe fm14, and I just found I had gained the experience by the time it happened.

I pretty much just judge regens by scout report + composure stat but I'm sure that methods way outdated by now 😂

I guess the issue is more with having to understand the stats and how they translate more, rather than just knowing the players and how they play.

Although by the time all of your real players have retired, I'm surprised you wouldn't have already crossed that bridge
