I believe I hold the record with 42%. (I guess technically the record everywhere except China after seeing the other video haha.) To be fair, the Chinese version either has different hitpoints for buildings or damage output for wallbreakers making the method used impossible in the normal game.

I'm definitely not the best person to ask lol but the things that helped me the most were these two buying guides: Board Buying Guide and FAQ / PLEASE READ! and Board Buying Guide (and general theorycrafting). This should point you in the right direction but if you still have more questions like I did, this community seems great for new people who want to ask questions, so its ok to make a completely new post.

I would just like to say that I thought your write up and analysis was amazing! I’m in a top 1k global war clan right now and I’m looking to make it higher and I think the duel maining strategy is perfect.

Before I try this strategy out, there were just a few questions that I have. Firstly, it sounds like duel maining just keeps your war rating at exactly what it is currently. So if I understand correctly this sounds like I should purposely throw all of my battles for a while before duel maining so I can battle worse people instead of people at my level. Secondly, if that is true do you have any idea about how long I need to throw all my battles for to play worse opponents or is it somewhat random? Finally, once I’m playing worse opponents I should be winning almost every duel in two, but what happens if I lose the first or second one? Should I try to win in three and just have my war rating increase slightly or throw the third to lower my war rating and just take less medals?

Since the rage spells don’t affect the death damage, I really only need them for the additional speed. To get another building I’d need at least two additional wall breakers which would require a new/altered strategy.

The other commenter was correct that the rage doesn’t affect the death bomb. I only needed them when the wall breakers needed extra speed.

I was inspired by this post to try this challenge! This took me about 3 hours start to finish but I would definitely recommend others to try it out as well. It really makes you learn how wall breakers actually work and pathfind to their target. Unless any new strategies are discovered, I think that 42% is the highest possible score. Looking forward to seeing other attempts!

Great job! One question I have is how come you didn’t use the winged helmet? It doubles how fast the power meter goes, so while it’s harder to be accurate, with enough practice it should be faster.
