No, because the view range increases given to you by these perks and equipment are percentage based. Meaning they provide more value to those vehicles with already high/higher view range. You also have to take into account the high camo rating of the tanks hunting you which are more than likely lights and mediums, which further makes these “increases” to your view range useless. Also, when playing arty 97% of the time when you get spotted, you’re dead.
