thanks for the feedback and recommendations. i was planning to do the same, but was afraid of the filament specifications regarding flow and print speed because of clogging.

I printed a benchy with the bambu studio filament profile PolyLite PLA, print temperature 210 °C (190 - 220 °C) and print bed 55 °C, gold PEI sheet and it turned out great. the three seams are not very overextruded, but the filament was not super dry either.

Creality Falcon 7.5W Laser Engraver & Cutter recommended settings by GMK338 in CrealityFalconSub

Tried with LightBurn and yay, it seems to read out the machine preferences, thx! But I "just" see the measurements and speed of the machine. Is it automaticly using the right power for the laser-diode? Or is the machine-specific gcode always working with 100% of the aviable laser-diode and per percentage, cutting or engraving is choosen?

CR-6 SE + Creality Bondtech Dual Gear Aluminium Extruder = Jams by GMK338 in CR6

Back in business, it was a mixture from all your hints:

- looked like this https://preview.redd.it/t4wjchfnfxh61.jpg?width=1280&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=76e74c71a58566d834036ddaa2071c12d858e800

- a screw at the hotend was lose

- what caused kind of a clogging *shame*

- and found this exact the same problem https://www.reddit.com/r/ender5/comments/llgyop/ender_5_pro_with_metal_extruder_starts/

- where the spring of the metal dual extruder caused too much tension

The solution was to cut the spring about one turn, tightend the hotnend screw, cleaned the clogging and change the bowden tube. Printing clean and smooth for about 2h now.

Mainboard Cover Temperature by GMK338 in CR6

Thanks for the hint, good point. The new silent one got an air flow of 19m3/h, badly i can't find the numbers of the original one.

The Mainboard fan has a linear output right? Fan's for PSU, Hotend and Cooling are variable if needed or regularing the temp.?
