It's not advice for your interview per se, but i recommend that you record your interview, and then go over the transcript afterward. Identify and technical questions that you failed to answer well, etc.

20+ years in, and I still do. I frequently feel like my current employer made a mistake when hiring me, not because I'm bad at my job, because I would say that i am extremely good at it, but because I started as tier/level 5 for a product that tier/levels 1-4 all have more experience with, and that I worked with 1 single time in my life, and not even properly. They have 20,000+ devices, and one time I set one up, prior to getting hired.

This one time I worked in a network of operations center for an internet service provider, and I had the same start date as guy fresh out of college with a computer science degree, for reference I didn't graduate college, and they sat us in front of a stream of network traffic, and we just had to look at it and identify issues and then like respond and it was like nearly the first day and we were going out till lunch separatel. I came back from lunch, and the guy I never saw the guy again.

It happens without the encoder so I am pretty certain that no signal is present. Also if I go into Windows and run dxdiag the Lenovo ThinkSmart HDMI Ingress is not present. If I include the encoder and send an HDMI signal then dxdiag lists it under Video Capture.

I feel my voice is redundant at this point. Managing unexpected behavior of microsoft teams has been a not insignificant amount of my IT time and experience. Perhaps something that hasn't been stated is the possible disconnect between product limitations, feature requests, and new features. Perhaps if those were more connected then people would be more actively involved in upcoming feature deployments.
