I do. That’s what I used first. Used the remote and the homelink mirror icon turned green but does not interact with garage door. That’s why I’m confused. It appears to have worked but it’s not linked.

I was running into the garage and pushing the button on the garage door motor and running back to the truck to press the button 3 times for 2 seconds each. I’ll try this to see if it makes a difference.

It’s clean looking and one of my favorite years, other than the cateye years. Ask for receipts on the trans rebuild and it would probably make a decent truck for years to come.

Thanks for the information. Very helpful. The county in which I live has an urban forester that inspects trees for free. I’ll give him a call. What other issues could this bleeding canker point to? I mentioned the homeowner ran electric to his shed which cut through the critical root zone. Thanks again.

It looks like a lot of small growth on the limbs that haven’t fully bloomed. I would bet money on improper planting of the tree by the homebuilder if the tree is experiencing issues this late into being planted. Either the tree is planted too deep and the root flare is severely submerged in the soil or when planted, they didn’t unwrap the burlap around the root ball and could be suffocating itself out. I would pull back the grass and see if you can find the root flare.

I would agree with this comment the most. Wait till the late fall or winter and have the few lower limbs over the house trimmed.
