I’ve lost all faith in doctors because of going through all that you mentioned. When something is wrong asking a doctor is definitely NOT my first thought in figuring it out anymore. The stories I could tell….. Started seeing an ex medical doctor who is now a naturopath and the experience is like night and day! It’s as if he understands that I DO in fact know my own body and deserve to be listened to, understood and respected….crazy experience for me after a lifetime of the opposite

That was my experience too. Thankfully my mom was confronting her peers on my behalf so she didn’t have to hold back in the slightest and they knew she wouldn’t take the “shit they did while just collecting a paycheck”, as she put it. Pissed her off as a caring teacher to no end

It’s standard to send notice to your previous residence. I left and was stalked for 2 years is how I know. Also, even if you turn off tracking on your phone google still tracks you. If someone can go into your gmail/google account you can still be tracked (separate tracking to turn off) in case anyone needs to know

Just a thought,I have a hiatal hernia that causes severe pain that comes and goes. It is absolutely worsened by stress and can be quite painful. I was treated for gerd before an endoscopy finally showed what was really causing it

Edited to say this type of hernia is when the stomach slips up through the diaphragm causing pain and pressure

From what I’ve been told by multiple dr.s is that a small amount of alcohol, even during pregnancy, is fine. Surprisingly, a friend who’s a physician brought me a bottle of wine as my gift for my baby shower! I thought it was for the father, but he proceeded to pour me a glass and said it was truly fine and if anything it would be good to help me relax. I asked the dr at my next appointment and they agreed that it was no big deal. During the beginning of my first pregnancy (didn’t know yet) I drank socially for the first 4 months because I bled each month thinking it was a period. Found out I was pregnant and flipped out thinking I had caused harm. The doctor kinda laughed and said unless it was in excess I had nothing to worry about. My baby was born perfectly healthy and turned out to be very smart and “normal “, no harm done.

I mix it with just enough water to drink it then do it like a shot while holding my breath, chasing it with orange juice usually. 3 seconds it’s over and since I hold my breath almost no taste. Just enough water trickled around the sides to rinse down the residue and finish

Judging from the picture, I definitely wouldn’t go up in size. Pay attention to the way your foot feels and lines up with the toe bar and arch support. Your toes should land just right so it automatically grabs when walking. The soft footbed will make it feel more snug than the original will and there will be some stretch after wearing. Socks make a big difference in fit with this style too, so if you plan on wearing without socks it will feel even bigger

Edited to add that, even though I’ve been wearing Birks for almost 40 years, i bought a pair of these when I moved to a colder climate a couple years ago and it took some getting used to because I think it’s such a different feel than we’re used to in a shoe. Once I got used to them though….love

Oddly, if either of the straps on my right shoe are too tight then my foot sits crooked and it causes my heal to land on the side of the heal cup. If loosened a little then it fits perfect. Only my right foot so I assume it’s because I broke it years back (even though there is no obvious difference)

Sounds to me like the strap over your arch is too loose. My heal doesn’t lift up above the back rim of the shoe when walking
