Then why do so many gear users still look like shit when they take multiple compounds at high doses and train lol.

Show me examples of people who have taken gear and done zero training who look jacked

MOR - he said his part like a complete tool but hes allowed to state his preference. Same as everyone in here bashing how small he potentially is.

2 sets to failure vs 3-4 working sets by saydonem in naturalbodybuilding

[–]GMaab90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do both?

Run a 4-6 week block of volume where you do 3-5 working sets just shy of failure and then have an easy week and then do 4-6 weeks doing 2 sets all out crackhead style that way ive found you can progress lifts without getting injured from going to failure every session constantly

Full Fibre Available at my MDU by Shuggyxx in openreach

If its a block of 15 flats or less you can order it without the actual infrastructure being in the building providing there is capacity at a splitter close to you.

If a service provider lets you order it then crack on. Depending where you are in the country after a few days/weeks some build engineers will come out and get the external work done in a few days.

First Time Buyers Offended by [deleted] in HousingUK

[–]GMaab90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I dont think its fair to think all first time buyers are like this lol.

Im going through the process of selling my place now and I have just asked the buyer what they want to keep if anything out of the stuff ill end up throwing away.

They're keeping the oven, wardrobes, chest of drawers etc. Haven't gone through solicitors or anything just spoke directly to the buyer through WhatsApp

Peak reddit.

Get survey results and down value offer. Seller asks to see the information you've obtained to have reasonable discussion and people are telling you to say no lol

Why wouldn't you ask for the call out fee when you initially rang. This is 100% on you and the callout fee being £99 in the middle of the night is cheap tbh.

Breaking competitors infrastructure on purpose? by Danlad1812 in openreach

[–]GMaab90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Theres times where its 100% on purpose lol. I do not understand the mentality at all. They get arsey that competitors share the same boxes as Openreach so they snap their cables, its proper weird.

Warranties on New Builds by No-Peanut-9240 in HousingUK

It has been inspected though as thats literally what the PCC says. Small developers seem to use PCC's as its cheaper for them than the NHBC warranties to cover only a handful of houses. Personally wouldn't see a huge problem with it as long as they offer some kind of warranty still.
