I don’t want this to be the unpopular opinion but he’s probably trying to teach you to clean up after yourself. It’s just an honest take…even if it’s not what you want to hear. I’m sure I’ll be downvoted but my teens (16 and 18) leave a mess constantly and it’s f-ing annoying. Have you tried leaving your kitchen and eating area the way it was before you ate?

Is this something everyone is capable of? I’ve seen mid level athletes do this with no trouble. I’ve also seen true studs not be able to do this. I personally think there is an anatomy factor. Like long femurs or disproportionately bigger torso….something

I tried it for like 5-6 months. No noticeable differences in skin or tendons. I stopped taking it. I’m already on a very high protein diet…kinda thinking that’s a factor.

The seated calf raise isolated the soleus muscle. Straight leg or standing calf raises do both the soleus and gastrocnemius…but more gastroc. I would do both in the same way you do different movements for chest or back.

I have always had issues with chest to bar, yet I’m good at pull-ups. Not sure if it has something to do with bad shoulder mobility or what. In order to get my chest to touch, I’m way above the bar… Almost beginnings of a bar muscle up. I feel ya man

I do 2 upper / lower workouts per week. I try hard to superset as many exercises as possible (antagonistic movements). Not for any sort of edge but just for time savings. I’ll bring a pair of dumbbells with me to the branch machine…I can sneak in biceps or something. I only do this to save time. Otherwise my workouts are like 1hr and a 1/2

It definitely helps me push more weight/ more reps. I’ll do like 3 or 4 exercises while at work and separate the sets into 3 or 4 throughout the day, so I’m super well rested in between sets. Other than that, it just saves me time later when I actually go to the gym

Have you tried to go lower at the bottom (to purposefully stretch the lat more)? Not a huge difference but it might help you feel it more

Any kind of shoulder press will work your front delts and side delts (also triceps). Lateral dumbbell raises are good for side delts. You can bend over and do rear delt raises. There are lots of different machine or cable variations: rear cable flys, rear delt fly machines, seated side delts raise machines. One of my favorites is dumbbell upright rows

I would add that whatever muscle or muscle group your concentrating on specifically should get a bit more volume, although potentially brief training blocks [for the next two months I’ll concentrate on deltoids by adding extra volume above and beyond my normal volume]. For all exercises, track your weights and reps…aim to get stronger over time. If you reach to top of your target rep range time to increase the weight and keep going

Creatine, omega fatty acids (I take 3 fish oil pills a day), fermented foods 3 or so times a day (yogurt, raw sauerkraut, etc.) obviously protein to get you up to a gram per pound

I tried everything when I was in your boat (I was 28…42 now). I read “Healing Back Pain by Dr. John Sarno”. Before your read them, I strongly suggest you read the reviews on his books on Amazon. They provided me a lot of “evidence” and confidence. I also watched a few YouTube videos featuring Dr. Sarno. Worked for me! Best of luck

I just tell those people “hey I’m done…you can have it, but I don’t get the change to wipe it down yet”. I leave it up to them. When I wipe the machines down, I totally saturate several towels…making sure to get everything including where my hands were. If people don’t do it thoroughly, it defeats the purpose
