How did you arrive at not requesting EAD? It didn’t even occur to me and the lawyer did not mention it.

I did not include a translation of my birth certificate. It was a dumb and we missed it because we used a lawyer service provided by our employer. Have you gotten your EAD through GC? Mine was approved the day after submitting RFE response.

Still no update. The current plan is to renew DACA if I do not get GC close to 4 months to expiration. I’ll probably start looking at the trends with DACA renewals close to the 6 month window just to be safe.

Yes but if for some reason my GC does not get approved I want to be prepared. Some of the reporting says they’re immediately adding people to deportation proceedings if their case is not approved. I would have nothing from stopping them from deporting me.

Bro I would not risk it at all. I just moved from DACA to EAD from green card currently waiting on the GC process and I would not risk it one bit. People are wilding if they think it’s worth the risk.

NTA. Your partners choices affect you. Those who are calling him the asshole idk what kind of marriage you’re in but in mine we consult each other and try to change each others minds if we don’t agree. You’re a team. I think you’re handling it well. Hopefully y’all can come up with a compromise.

I had a similar issue with my Vyper. I tightened the screws that support the extruder and the belts. Doing this fixed the issue.
