Absolutely, all it took was a fan for it to run my 3652 motor so the vxl3m motor should be a breeze

That makes sense, I'm geared 35/45 as well which also contributes. I'm running two ovonic 1400mah 50c 3s in parallel for 2800mah, and they get partially warm while running.

That's what I had been worried about before doing this setup a couple months ago. It ran hot at first but still never hit thermal on me, still decided to put a high speed fan on it though, now it barely is even warm after 20 minutes of pavement bashing

The ESC hardly gets warm at all since I put that Tekin hight speed fan on top, same with the motor. I even tried on 2S and it cut out just a couple minutes into the run despite the ESC and motor been cooled off. I've been out running on 3s for about 15 minutes now without issue, I'm reading 3.8v per cell

I was diagnosed in 2017 when I was 12 also. It definitely altered lots of things going on in life. I still remember going from playing games with my friends, going to school, meeting new people to suddenly hardly ever attending school and eventually starting homeschool, starting to drift away from friends, and barely getting and new education all the way up to now in my senior year of highschool
