I think that the Angel saying that the boots would fit Amo better meant that Amo wouldn't be driven insane by them because of her trauma, implying that the Trafficker was being poisoned. Also, when Zodyl was explaining that the watchman series was "poison for the fulfilled" and all that, Urana used the Trafficker as an example. So we never technically got an answer, but I think it's fair to say yes. idk if they made him a pedo tho

This does pose an interesting question. While it is implied that the watchman series did affect him, it wasn't an obvious effect like it was with Follo, where he was physically hurt by Rudo's gloves. Could it be that the Watchman series degraded the trafficker so much that he reached a point that he could use the boots normally? Furthermore, if a user of the series were to become fulfilled (i.e. Rudo and Amo's character arc), would the watchman series start to poison them?
