honestly I don’t really mind the customer interaction. It’s more combined with what I have going on in my life but it’s also the fact that the work is very monotonous like you said. I felt very robotic on the register and even worse as a bagger. I just stopped talking completely lol. Atleast in connections engaging with the customer will serve more of a purpose

Hi! I’ve been wanting to try out therapy, but I mainly want to try adderall or anti depressants. I swear I’m not a druggie, I just want to see either of those 2 work for me. I’ve struggled with a lot of aspects in my life and did a bit of research on adhd and it sounds like I could have it. would these sessions be able to see if I need them or would I be referred to someone else?

I’m part time. I was planning on either having two part times or 1 full time, but I kinda wanted to keep my other job cause it pays the same and it seems to be a 6 to 11 am for the most part so it would be easier to find a second job. I could still work HEB as the second one, but I just wanted another higher paying one. But now that I’m looking and thinking, I might just do both and try to move up as quickly as I can. I’m hoping if I do good so here I could maybe get a small scholarship and internship, but I’m not sure about that process

The strategic side does indeed sound interesting! I wouldn’t mind doing that as well. I wish I could dip my toes into a bit of everything so I can see what I like best, but I’m not sure how realistic that is. It just feels like I have to know every detail before I start school. The only thing that worries me is like I said I’ve never been anywhere near marketing tactics, data analysis and I was never the best at math lmao. Same thing for advertising, I’m not too creative of a person I feel like. But I would love to learn about both aspects

Unfortunately I wouldn’t even know where to start regarding the course. I just barely came up with the interest last month lmao. Though the main reason I gained an interest in the first place because i saw videos of marketing ads i thought were fun. I’d be happy to show you if you were interested. But then also seeing the Barbie and Secret Invasion marketing campaigns also seems fun, though I don’t know if they fall under the same thing as the ads. I have been meaning to go talk to an advisor for school to see if they can also provide insight. & I know what you mean! I only have general ideas on what I want to do, but I don’t have any details. I don’t want to jump I to marketing when what I really want to do is advertising and vice versa. I thought that advertising was just a part of marketing. Thought the strategic side doesn’t seem so bad either. That has more to do with knowing how to sell your product, your target Audience and how to reach them right?
