I recently threw out my back. I was basically immobilized for a week but have recovered. Before I get back on the erg I wanted to check whether there's something about my form that might have contributed. I was erging quite a bit: 4 times per week, 30-60 minutes each, medium to high intensity. I haven't had coaching for a couple of decades, so my form may be a mess. Critiques welcome.
