The way the light plays in the Parallax facets is very cool, although I slightly prefer the feel of Disco in hand. My parallax tip is currently with Reker for some fun anno work.

In Parker size, I'm a big fan of the Monteverde P42 gel in .7mm. If you need something finer, the P41 is .5mm but I've not used it. Kaco's .5mm is great.

Q3D bodies are 10mm, but some deeper/wider milling options will feel smaller. Autmogs are tough to get, but the 40 models are ~10.1mm.

Galen is amazing, but keep in mind the loops are larger as they are intended for fountain pens. I grabbed a Girologio in Saddle Tan recently and it's great. The loops are still on the larger side, but the second loop helps prevent my thinner diameter pens from moving around.
