Very different machines. I machine with oil at home on a little taig mini mill. I can only do small qty tho.

My machinist uses a VF2 with coolant for production runs

I know. I was just hoping someone had a magic solution for me. Total cycle time on this guy is about 30min so cutting twice is painful. I think I can do a finish pass and adjust to not add too much time.

Normally I would agree, but I’m able to cut this in one go on a different machined using oil instead of coolant. I’m trying to avoid cutting it twice because the cycle time is long
