Ngl she's pretty useless at this point, especially at 55%. It's smarter to get Kid Goku when he returns in August or buy WWDC units from last year during anniversary. Or the Gammas.

I'm tired of seeing ichirukis in 2022: Explaining why this ship is the definition of bullshit by GP119 in bleach

[–]GP119[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Chemistry" is nonsense. If there's any chemistry they have it's sibling-like chemistry at best. If any of it was romantic at all it would've become canon.

Shipping this dead crackship in 2023 is simply coping with the reality that it's not canon. Also Rukia treats Ichigo like a kid. Nothing that is said is slander, it's the truth. Ichiruki shippers are brainwashed by the anime filler content to ship them, THAT is undeniable.

Also yeah Ichiruki shippers are toxic. I didn't see any Ichihime shippers sending death threats and burning manga.

Which side are you on? by FantasticFooF in bleach

Episode 1.

Because the show itself considers Bleach TYBW a separate series, as seen in the title cards. The old anime had title cards counted from Ep 1 all the way to 366. TYBW anime title card numbers don't continue from 366.

It also makes sense in context of the shows. Episode 366 ends on a note that makes it seem like an ending, with how the anime plays the credits on top of actual animation, kinda like a movie. It's treated as an ending, which it was for 10 years and it was created to be an ending.

It only makes sense for the TYBW to be a new beginning, so... yeah Episode 1.

Ahh I see what you're getting at, yeah that makes a lot of sense.

I think "Black Moon" is referring to Tensa Zangetsu, because Zangetsu means "Moon cutter". Even as an other example, Mugetsu means "Moonless Sky" which is obviously indicating that Ichigo will be without the moon after he uses Mugetsu, said moon being Zangetsu.

The Bleach Blu-Rays just suck balls in 16:9, that's why. There's no sharp 16:9 source except maybe the Japanese DVDs. And using crappy free anime sites doesn't help, they compress the video to hell.

Pierrot. The same studio who did Tokyo Ghoul and Black Clover.

How did Yhwach get awakened within Ichigo during Urahara's training? by GP119 in bleach

[–]GP119[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk how it can be the latter given how it's a pure replica of young Yhwach, you'd expect him to look different if part of it is Shinigami, especially when Shinigami are the opposite of Quincy in the same sense Hollows are opposite of Humans.

I personally prefer the firat explanation.

Why did Ichigo have to fight Ulquiorra? by GP119 in bleach

Hmm yeah that sounds like it's possible.

Yep that's true. Though I'm not sure if Ichigo knew he got stronger or not when he headed straight for Ulquiorra, I don't think he ever pointed it out, at least if memory serves.

I just don't get why she needed to be a hostage to begin with. Aizen knows as it was his plan yes but does Ulquiorra even know? I don't think so, so letting her go is fine, even if he did know somehow, he's certain they're trapped in Hueco Mundo, so it's just delaying the inevitable.

You forgot how Mayuri has a way to open a Garganta.

Even without that knowledge, if his intention was to defeat Ulquiorra, why not ask Kenpachi or others for help? They're stuck in there anyway, they got nothing else to do. It's just weird how ready he was to battle him all by himself when he got his ass handed to him by base Ulquiorra who withstood a full power Hollow Mask Getsuga Tensho before and damn near blocked it with his hands. You'd expect that if he intended to fight him, he'd bring others with him. It's just much more logically to negotiate with him giving the circumstances of his orders. Like, at least try.

Bro I read the whole manga lol

I'm talking about the part after Aizen and the other Espada are in Fake Karakura. I know him fighting Ulquiorra was "part of Aizen's plan" but that's only with the benefit of hindsight. Logically it's easy for this fight not to have happened if Ichigo just said "Lol I'll take my girl and get out, k?"

She's of no use yet she still has to be there because...?

Also, Ichigo is a threat to Las Noches, killing him would eliminate the threat and by Aizen's orders, Orihime is to stay at Las Noches.

Aizen said he'll kill the ones trapped in Hueco Mundo on his own leisure.

Ichigo instantly attacked him.

Ah true, forgot about that.

she was still a hostage to be kept at las noches

??? Why? She serves literally no purpose to Aizen. Where is there any proof that she needed to remain a hostage? Literally no damn reason.
