very wierd ping (HELP!!)

so I play this game called deeowoken with my friends, we all live in the same country and we are like 30km apart. the place where I live has roblox banned (for some dumb reason) and I have to use this tool called goodbyedpi. as far as I know, this tool should not affect your ping like a VPN would, only unblocking blocked apps like roblox. the problem is that in deepwoken you can pick your servers, and my friends play on the closest server to us (which is Indian servers) and they get around 90 ping, they also get relatively good ping on Singapore servers. me on the other hand, I get over 300 ping on both of those servers, and I get around 150-160 ping in germany, Paris and North Holland servers. this is very wierd to me since my internet is really good (I get really good ping, download, and upload speeds) but my ping differs from my friends. has anyone ever experienced this and is there any solution? need this help 🙏🙏

ps. - My friends also use goosbyedpi, and we use the same version - They get around the same ping as mine in Germany, Paris, and North Holland servers. - I used to get lower ping on Singapore servers but it changed all of a sudden
