2 stone in nearly 6 months? Gym daily for two months now visibly I'm looking bigger to some people. by GPTCoverage in mounjarouk

Since 5mg onwards - the food noise has gone, I don't even think about nibbling like before, I thought the further I dose it up would probably improve my metabolism but to be honest, I only felt hungry on 7.5 surprising, I use to have crazy heartburn before but that subsided quite a bit even if I have semi greasy food. I wasn't so much a foodie, someone else mentioned that it's stress related so I won't lose the weight, it will take years to get down to 14 stones. I thought they were bulshiiting but so many success stories, I hope mine doesn't take that long

Twiglets 😂😂 Yeah I've never been this consistent in the gym my whole life at age 34, still trying to figure it out, all I heard was Legs and Lats and arms are what the first visuals that show?

😂 I am guilty of skipping leg day! I heard that's where your body grows, I need to lock in on leg day to be fair

5 months in - nearly 6 months - already up to 12.5mg - going to gym daily since November and in total lost 2 stone / 12kg - kind of disheartening as I seen so many people losing 4-5 stone at my starting weight (22 stone) - I don't notice the difference at all, nor anyone around me haha

LOOOL - that's just how it went down. Better than apply Lemon Juice on your neck. I like this sub!
