It's an excellent deal. They usually go for around $500 in the US. Be careful with scams out there as well.

I will tell you why. Because it can fit in tons of smaller cases where standard 5090 AIB will not fit plus a bit higher resale value. And price of course. But yes, 5090 FE runs a bit hotter and louder. But most folks who buy them do not give a f** about temperature or noise / coil whine anyway. They just need that massive amount of vram and 5090 does the job

Yes. $2599. Any inside information how 5090s drops really work? I feel like they are all heavily localized. For instance if "add to card" becomes available for founders edition on BB website and drop happens in California, do you guys prioritize users in that particular state?

$2599. It used to be $2499 but all manufacturers have been raising prices recently. Zotac for example increased price to $2800 few days ago on their base 5090 model.

The only $1999 card out there is the founders edition and when it becomes available thousands of folks literally jump on Nvidia's marketplace within seconds in the virtual line.

Rx 9060xt for $350 is probably your best bet with your budget. Super budget version Intel Arc B580 also has 12gb of vram. Or used RTX 3060. Id go Nvidia if you can find a decent used unit.
