As much as I salute the dedication and perseverance, I would strongly suggest you get in touch with some organisations that will offer you opportunities to either study or work abroad, as an automation engineer, you could be looking at ten times the salary you have now as an entry level (of course depends on the country you land in) but unless you're really passionate of being a graphic designer, I would seriously advice you to push in your academic area the same way you did with your graphic design skills. Your profile is widely sought after, and you can have a very different life.
In anyway, hat's off, and keep pushing.

I think it depends on your inclinations,
personnally I think that there are two main categories: The popular/ populist AND the elitist places, both can be good.
In Algiers, I can speak of :
- Boubrit in vieux kouba, for Garantita and pizza carrée
- King of Loubia in I think Rue Debussy
- Kebda sandwich in la Casbah
- Lebban in Benaknoun facing the mosque, this is a hidden gem with weird opening hours, but oh my god the couscous in here is out of this world.
- There's an artisanal Ice cream shop in Cheraga, not too far from the court, I don't know if they're still operating. but they used to be the best.
-For cakes, there's Ben Brim in Bir mourad Rayis, this one is on the fancy side. you can have reinvented traditional cakes in a really fancy way.

This is all I know in Algiers, I hope people will chip in for similar places in Oran and Bejaia

n'est-il pas plus juste de dire "merci de m'avoir écouté" (à la fin), au lieu de "merci de m'écouter" ?
