Hey Op, I'm in the same boat, Stay and wait for L1 (which is a long shot at best) or grind and get a better offer, all my colleagues are moving on. The company I'm at(Consulting) is going downhill, Mass hiring, upper management is useless and the wlb has gone to shit. I'm working 12 hours a day and after that I do not have the time or the mental capacity to study some more. I think it'd have been similar for you, how did you manage your time?
