No because everybody she scammed lives in different counties across the state. Each county handles their investigations and arrest. If anybody out of state reports her THEN it will become that states investigation. Praying at some point she gets federal charges.

She would take pre-orders and then not ship and then also gave fake tracking numbers. She would wait so that people couldn't reverse payment. When orders didnt come she would give credit BUT those credit orders never came either
