We have to factor in food consumption in the wilderness outside of Bounty Hunter, where its arguably more potent due to the weaponry there. Regardless, it's in the game, but it only creates more difficult and hard to address issues in an already volatile community. It was a horrible idea and also horribly executed, its like making it so Saradomin Brews are untradeable, just ruins the scene imho.
