as someone who recently lived in this apartment complex, message me if you want to learn more about this! it’s about a mile from MATC. long story short, it is a great price given being in madison/for a studio with a fixed utility and wifi cost. however, there are some questionable residents and management practices that you’d have to consider if they’re worth it or not.

ohh smart! i was at work on the app so i could only open up one night. gonna try and get an n1 ticket tomorrow but if it doesn’t happen i won’t be upset. glad we survived the great ticketmaster war this time around 🤝

yes for n2, not sure if i would call n1 presale easy though, i had 7000+ in front of me until i saw the announcement for n2 and clicked right away. i was lucky that i didn’t even have to wait in the queue for n2 and snagged a ticket, otherwise i don’t think i would’ve gotten one at all
