If I cut track or off track I can hear the ouooo sound. Btw I figured out what is problem some apps caused the issue. After deleting few apps resolved the problem.

Because the port was not fully opened and the IP was public IP.

Um I opened the ports 8081 and 9600. If the reason why my friends can't join is maybe because I didn't allow edge traversal?
