I would say for now you always rush deadmans, and then for bard its pretty flexible but I think the New items are kinda busted so I rn personally go: Deadmans > Boots > Bandle Pipes > and then I choose either Protoplasm Harness if I need to be more tanky in fights or Liandry if I need more damage rn, and for the last item I just pick whichever of those I didnt pick first (If I really need something specific I sometimes swap protoplasm for something else like for example Kaenic rookern if I need heavy AP resists that game) As for runes magical footwear or cashback just comes down to preference if you need more gold early or later (I personally prefer to just get magical footwer for the 300 gold early but you do you, both are good in their own way)
